As a member of United Arkansas Federal Credit Union, you are eligible to receive $1,000.00 of 24-Hour Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage. To receive this coverage all we ask of you is to complete and mail back the enrollment form to the address listed. There is NO cost to you! United Arkansas FCU gladly pays the premiums for the initial $1,000.00 worth of coverage. We encourage to explore the other coverage options available to you at a LOW COST.
